We’re a small outfit—honest, local, and we hate spam as much as you do. Here’s what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

•  Name, phone, email, address—only what you give us when you book a repair, quote, or sign up for alerts.

•  Payment info (card details, etc.)—we don’t store it. Stripe or whoever handles that.

•  Cookies & site data—just the boring stuff: how you browse, what pages you hit. Helps us fix bugs, not stalk you.

Why we use it

To fix your garage door, send you reminders, or answer your questions. That’s it. We don’t sell or trade your info—ever.

Who sees it

Us. Maybe our accountant. Maybe a tech support guy if something crashes. No one else.

Your rights

Security

We use HTTPS, firewalls, the usual. Still—nothing’s bulletproof. If we ever get hacked, we’ll tell you fast.

Kids

We don’t target anyone under thirteen. If you’re a parent and think we’ve got your kid’s info, let us know.
