1. Services
We provide garage door repair, installation, replacement, maintenance, opener services, spring replacement, cable repair, panel replacement, and related services for residential and commercial properties. Services are performed in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and applicable codes.
• Estimates/Quotes: Provided after on-site inspection (or virtual assessment when feasible). Estimates are valid for [e.g., 30 days] unless stated otherwise and are subject to change based on unforeseen conditions discovered during work.
• Scope of Work: Defined in the written estimate, proposal, invoice, or work order. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

4. Warranties and Limitations

• Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, acts of God, modifications by others, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed.
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly (within warranty period) and are subject to inspection. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
• We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including property damage, personal injury unrelated to our negligence, lost profits, or garage contents damage) arising from our services, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your negligence, failure to provide access, or inaccurate information.
6. Safety Notice – Garage Doors & Springs
Garage doors and torsion/extension springs are under high tension and can cause serious injury or death if mishandled. Never attempt DIY repairs on springs, cables, or high-tension components. Our technicians are trained and insured for this work. We are not responsible for injuries or damage from prior improper installation, DIY attempts, or third-party work.
7. Permits and Compliance
You are responsible for obtaining any required permits, HOA approvals, or inspections unless we explicitly agree in writing to handle them (additional fees may apply).
8. Website Use
• The Site is for informational purposes. Content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without permission.
• We make no warranties about Site accuracy or availability. Use at your own risk.
